azertyxp's save that I modded. Special thanks to him who gave me an already very complete save: S Rank on every missions, complete R&D center, complete METAL GEAR ZEKE, all insignas, all codenames with 5 stars, etc.

I modded this save to have the following:

Staff: All 350 soldiers have S stats when relevant
All soldiers are "Fox Unit Member / Collaboration Partner", which is a pre order exclusive rank

R&D: 9,999 of every items.
4x each Mech (Modified version only), 48 total vehicles.

Player Data: 999,999 on most stats (some I couldn't change, and some will eventually overflow).
